Motoring Offences Solicitors

With so many of us owning vehicles and using the roads these days, more and more laws are being bought into effect to ensure we drive safely both for ourselves and those around us. The penalties for abusing these laws can be extremely high and it is imperative to seek assistance if you are found to be in breach of the rules of the road.

Our criminal lawyers are well versed in the ever changing laws of motoring and can represent you if you are awaiting or in receipt of an offence charge.

With many years experience behind them, they can help with allegations concerning but not limited to:

  • speeding;
  • drink driving;
  • driving while under the influence of drugs;
  • driving while using a mobile phone;
  • driving without insurance;
  • driving while disqualified;
  • careless driving;
  • dangerous driving, including where this has caused serious injury or death;
  • offences associated with road rage;
  • failure to stop after an accident;
  • failure to provide a breath, urine or blood specimen; and
  • failure to notify the DVLA of a change in circumstances.

Our professionals will also work with you if you have been disqualified from driving following the accrual of 12 or more points on your licence and wish to appeal your case or to apply for early return of your licence following a driving ban.
